That’s how we feel about our volunteers at rare. As the needs of rare have changed over the years, so have the needs of our volunteers. To meet these changing needs, our Volunteer Program is changing. We are currently re-writing all of our Volunteer job descriptions. As these Volunteer positions are finalized, you will find them posted here for easy access.
If you’re a current rare volunteer or have been a rare volunteer in the past – we still need you!
If you’re new to rare and not sure how you can make a difference but still want to volunteer, click here to download our volunteer application form. Fill it out and send it to us via email (blpearce@raresites.org) or by fax 519-650-5923 and we will try and find you an appropriate volunteer position.
Once we receive your application, it will be reviewed and matched to a position we have. We’ll then contact you for an interview to be arranged with our Volunteer Co-ordinator and/or the appropriate staff liason. To view the current volunteer positions available click here.
